The hotel is nice, quiet and clean, shuttle or transportation to train station and Disney only in the Morning, with return from Disney at night, 18 to 20 minutes waking to and from train station.

We had a nice stay here in April during a convention, and also a visit to Disney and DisneySea. The location is in a pretty quiet area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a big mall with grocery and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, gave us great information about the area. They were also a big help on the last morning when we were forwarding our luggage onto our next hotel. There was very convenient free morning shuttle bus that took us to the train station, Disney or DisneySea.

Great service by the front service staff, explained clearly the options to get to/fro Disney. Very helpful when we needed advice too. Nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is about 5-7min walk away, hotel’s lobby sells some basic food stuff if needed too. Took a cab from train station to hotel, which costs 800yen

Clean. Friendly staff. Location is convenient for Disney if you don’t want to spend much. Shuttle offered starts at 7:30am, which I’m sure for most is great, but not early enough for us so we got an Uber. Not the comfiest of beds/rooms, but good value for what we paid. Immediate location has nothing within 10 mins walk, but a mall with a few shops, supermarkets and lots of fast food places is just 15 mins walk away.

MyStays Shin-Urayasu more than met our expectations. While not a five-star facility, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast that includes Japanese and Western selections. Unfortunately, it's not open for lunch or dinner. But, the Shin-Urayasu train station is just a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There is an Aeon Mall with a food court and several other "sit down" and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the train station. There are two combinis on the way to the train station - Family Mart and 7-11. Of course, being close to the train station makes it easy to reach other parts of Tokyo. We felt very safe walking from the station to the hotel even late at night. Overall, a very good hotel in a convenient location.

Economical stay

The hotel offers free bus service to Shin-urayasu station and Disneyland and Disneysea in the morning. The pickup in the evening is difficult to find and there are only 3. The first room i was assigned had a great view of Disney. The room had a funny smell. I called reception and they moved me to another room. The customer service and room amenities were great. The bed was hard and squeaked. I had stayed in this hotel 2 times before and always had a good experience. The mini shop on the ground floor was great and convenient.

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. It’s about 10-15min walk from the closest train station (JR Shin-Urayasu), but they provide Morning and Evening shuttle bus that goes to JR Shin-Urayasu station, Disneyland and DisneySea, which is very convenient.
