Review from a family with 5yo - room with two bedroom still very small. So even open the luggage was a challenge. The room amenities in overall they are fine, so you can get some rest - good beds, good AC and good bath. Again the only "issue" here is the size of the whole room. Very conveniently located hotel, 5 minutes walk from Ebisu station. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Location is very good with lots of restaurants, conbinis and supermarkets around. Location fairly quiet too, so easy to sleep and rest up. Breakfast at the hotel is simple toast and coffee, but enough to get your day started. Hotel recommended!
