Had a great experience at Tokyo Stay Ginza. Location was great. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly and my room was very clean and well organized. In room washer/dryer was a nice plus. Would certainly stay there again.

We had a very good experience checking in this time with the staff being super helpful compared to our first stay the previous week. Although the decor is little tired the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and no cigarette smells. Hotel is in good location to shops and stations so easy to get around. And check out process was easy. Thank you to the lovely ladies at reception.

Tokyu Stay Ginza was the perfect home base for our 7 day trip in Tokyo. The bed was perfect. So rare to find a queen! Also not too hard or soft for our American bodies lol! The washer/dryer in the room was super helpful as well. The room is not big by any means, but we made the space work.

I had booked a non smoking room, but the room we were initially checked in to, had a very unpleasant smoking room smell. I complained and we were changed to another room, I think the staff knew the first room was smelly but thankfully it was resolved. Otherwise the stay went well. Good location.

We had a pleasant stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza. The in-room washer/dryer and kitchenette were especially convenient during our travels, making it much easier to manage laundry and enjoy a more comfortable stay. The ReFa hair products were also a fantastic bonus! My only disappointment was the stained carpet, which made the floor feel less clean than expected and took away from the overall impression of the room. With better carpet maintenance, the room would have felt much more inviting. Overall, we appreciated the convenience and thoughtful in-room amenities, which made our stay comfortable.

Excellently located in a quiet street but just 5 mins from the main Ginza street with malls and restaurants. I’ve a spacious room which is well designed - my wife & I weee comfortable. Cabs can stop easily in front of hotel and Ippundo is just behind hotel. I will stay here again next time in Tokyo.

This hotel is close to all the shopping in Ginza. It’s very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. The space was enough without feeling crowded even with all our suitcases. The staff is very nice and friendly, want to especially mention Nicole. She’s very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the hotel had the Refa hair products including the hair dryer. A good way to try the Refa products before shopping at the Refa store in Ginza. My only comment is that the carpet even though it looks clean, it needs to be replaced due to some noticeable odor. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a good hotel in Ginza.
