Staff were super friendly. Washer/dryer inside the room was awesome! We were able to wash during our stay! It’s in Japanese but the guide on the machine and google translate helped ! This hotel is in the middle of everything so it was super nice walking around and close to the train station! Will definitely book again!

The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and music in the public areas was a fun touch! But the best thing about this hotel was the staff. All very helpful snd friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed, from transportation, directions, xtra towels, anything!!’

Good room size. Comfortable places to sit and relax. Good size table but not many drawers. Also for a room with four beds we’d expect more than one suitcase stand but we managed. Clean and basically new furniture and appointments since the recent remodel.

Property is in a good location with great restaurants near by. Room was fine but small. Hard to find a place for luggage. Laundry really did take 4+ hours. I would suggest removing the laundry machine, mirror, and put the record player on a shelf there with storage for bags underneath, so easier to move around in a small but great room.

This hotel is continent located 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Train Station and surrounded by many good restaurants, and other stores . We even found a traditional theater, where local seniors forming a long line to get tickets. The hotel is aspirated to established its unique identity by equipped each room with an old style record player, and the quest can check out music they like from the record library in the second floor. The bar is another place to listening music and enjoy drinks. Truly unique!
