"Room was very nice reasonable size with queen bed- good pillows. Nice size shower/bathtub and bathroom space. Desk and closet. The lights operation was frustrating there is a main switch for all light power in the room then each light had to be switched on and off manually with its direct switch. The breakfast was good but you can feed your whole family for what it costs for a single breakfast at $42. Be aware if you’re taking the train to get here with luggage there is a big hill to get to the front entrance- maybe take a taxi out of the shinagawa station. The shinagawa station has plenty to eat and direct access to shinkansen(bullet train)"

"This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station."

"Compared to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, this hotel’s service and quality are not as good. In 2025, I stayed there in Daiba, and Grand Nikko was excellent. This year I wanted to try Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thinking that with such a famous name it would be better—but I was quite disappointed. Aside from the view, there’s nothing here that I really like. The bed is very old and curved. Overall, I forgot to take photos. The housekeeping staff sometimes changed the bedsheets, sometimes didn’t—I stayed for 7 nights. I also bought breakfast, but the hotel serves breakfast in a hall instead of a proper restaurant. Cooking is done right in that hall, and the smell spreads everywhere, which made me uncomfortable. After 7 mornings, the food was the same every day, making it hard to enjoy. Also, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so it felt noisy and messy. If a hotel is under renovation, they should clearly inform guests beforehand so people can decide if they’re okay with it before booking. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have stayed here. Also, when I checked out, I forgot two jackets in the closet. Normally, they should email the guest to inform them and keep the items. But after I got back to Toronto, I realized they were missing—and the hotel never said anything. I’m now emailing the hotel to ask about it."
