"Very clean and new facility. I like how toilet and shower room are separate. It also has a bathtub and spot where you can wash your body along with it right next to the bathtub like a traditional Japanese residential homes"

"We stayed here one night. It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful. Staff spoke English on a fluent level. Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful. There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink. We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s close to 2 stations which helped us get into the city. Has great breakfast and even our kid enjoyed it. They also have the limousine bus service to the airport which helped us on our last day. Overall it was a great experience. "
