The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is old fashioned and designed for tourists. The dinner was super delicious in a set of varieties. The breakfast was good too. My room was clean and warm, but need some maintenance or upgrades. Particularly my bedroom was little smelly and toilet seat wasnāt properly installed. We enjoyed their onsens.

Very charming hotel in downtown Hachinohe. Walkable to the art museum, the JR line, and multiple dining options. If you like fruit, there is a fancy fruit parlor on the walk to the JR train. Staff is multi-lingual, attentive, and caring. The top floor amenities (popsicles, probiotics) were a big hit with our 12 year old.

This was an amazing experience, staying in a renovated samurai home. I stayed in the larger suite and had a full view of the garden and a lanterned alcove just outside the bath. Everything is new and clean, and the owners clearly take pride in this historic home. Even the tatami seams are artful.
The staff was so friendly. I only speak a little Japanese, but they were patient and kind while I thought of the right words, and check-in was lovely. They also held my bag while I went...

My stay at Daiwa Roynet in Hachinohe was excellent. The staff, room and the hotel in general exceeded expectations. It's in a great area, close to restaurants, and shopping. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again

Attentive staff. Room was clean and well kept. Nothing to complain about. Only stayed one night, so local area unknown, but seemingly safe and quiet. Free WiFi functionality was excellent.
