Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Serve loved ones grand meals and picnic snacks at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the sophisticated kitchen. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities.

House Rules
- Hot tub will only run till 11 PM. Please allow two hours to heat up prior to the time you want to use it. The key to unlock the pool/hot tub gate will be located on a hook hanging on the wall near the poolside room exterior door. Please lock the gate while not in use.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is accessible from the exterior only.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with two cameras: (1) ring camera, and (1) on the garage driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
