The front of house staff and valet team is excellent and customer obsessed. Kudos to them for being terrific. Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. While the location is unmatched and some may find the artistic ambiance charming, the interior needs a major overhaul to be considered a high-end hotel.

"Fantastic hotel situated in a great area. Staff were very welcoming, room was kept very clean. Food was lovely. We visited in the summer, only thing that may have made the stay better wouldā€™ve been air conditioning in the room but once the sun went down the temperature in the room was nice!"
