"Not the best way to start a trip. Our reservation was for 4days paying an extra night due to the fact that we were arriving at 2am so wanted the convenience of having the room ready upon arrival. We arrived at 2am to check-in into a property that was definitely not what was advertised online/Expedia. First off, the entry way alone was sketchy, that our driver (local) asked if we felt safe staying there as the place looked uncomfortable from outside. "We had a lovely two day stay here! Very nice rooms, quiet, and extra services, such as massage and free shuttle to Ubud city center. Very good breakfast and we were even able to take the breakfast to go on our last day as we were leaving early. Would stay here again and recommend to friends! "
