"The room was great. The bed was a little high and difficult for me as only 5’1” tall to get into easily. (If I had stayed more than one night, I would have asked for a step stool.) The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We stopped in Jackson, TN as a halfway point between North Carolina and Texas. We selected Tru as it was one of the few hotels with availability. As soon as we walked into Tru, our greeting was warm and professional. The style and decor had a vibe. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was your normal free breakfast - plenty of options, well prepared, and filling. Only downside - thin walls. However, all neighbors were respectful and courteous. I would recommend👌 "

"Our stay was really short one night for thanksgiving day. And we didn’t get a chance to have breakfast there although when we were leaving it smelled really good. The rooms was real clean and the guys at the front desk was very polite and respectful. I will stay here again if I’m ever back in Tennessee "
