The one was spotless, everything was good inckuding the workers. The only thing that was a little bothersome was they are remodeling and they was remodeling the room right next to mine . So got woke up at 7:30 with saws running and hammering and banging until 5:00 p.m. the same with the next morning except they didn't start until around 9 or 10 in morning. But my room was already remodeled and very good.

We had a newly renovated room. It looked good and felt very comfortable. The staff was awesome. It was conveniently located for us. It was everything we needed at a reasonable price. I’ll be staying here again for sure.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay! There isn’t much of a continental breakfast but there are places near by to eat. We were there 4 nights and our room was cleaned everyday. The staff was accommodating and very nice.

A quaint little hotel under new management. They are doing a lot of renovations to improve the property. They already have it VERY clean and running smoothly. Given time to finish their updates, I can see that this will be a great place to stay while in town.

Very nice hotel for a small town. Only complaint is we asked for a non smoking pet friendly room for our little fur babies. Our room was clean and nice but smelled like smoke/musty smell. We survived! Ordered a pizza from dominoes and it was delivered in 20 min. & very good!! Would stay here again.

Whole property and its surroundings are sketchy. Zero chance you leave your car doors unlocked here. Pool was a puddle of festering green water likely harboring an army of mosquitos. Room smelled of cigarettes, hair all over the bathroom sink, toilet seat fell off. The power button and other buttons of the tv remote were ripped off. Hardwired smoke detector was missing from the ceiling with bare wires sticking out. Lots of nefarious looking folks seemingly living in this place. I would say do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, but it’s the only hotel in town. One star ONLY because the desk staff were pleasant. Otherwise this place needs torn down and relegated to the waste bin of history.

Overall, the stay was good. The lady who checked us in is very kind and helpful. My only real complaint is the housekeeping staff pounds on the door at 8am when we were trying to sleep in. We told them we were still in the room and wouldn’t be leaving until later, but they still came back around 30 minutes later, knocking again. 8am is too early to be pounding on doors and waking people up that may want to sleep in.

If I could give zero stars on this hotel I would. I was hesitate on booking this hotel but it’s the only one located in Henderson, Tennessee. And after reading the reviews of how they were renovating and that the place was clean, I decided to give it a shot. I walked through two different rooms and both were complete disgust. Live and dead bugs all throughout the room. The first room was carpeted with several stains and the carpet did not even go all the way to the wall. You can only imagine how many bugs were in that space. The second room was not as nasty but still disgusting. I ended up telling them I was not staying there and got a room 30 minutes away. They only refunded a portion of my expense. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I’m not sure who is writing the reviews but I’m assuming they are fake people.

My room was clean and fresh smelling without a heavy disinfectant odor often found in rooms. It appeared to be recently redecorated and, though simple, was attractive. All staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my two day stay.
