The room wasn’t too bad, it was relatively nice other than the fact the aircon had an odd smell when used, like damp/moldy. Also the fact my friend, myself and my newborn ended up with bug bites which we discovered after returning home. This is pretty concerning.

It was good not to have smoking neighbours as I have experienced with other Motels. Clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, I would definitely stay here again.

Very tidy and comfortable for the night. Great value for money. The only downside was the non-smoking room had a lingering cigarette smell.

Room floor was dirty and marks on the walls and door. Musty smell. No remote for T.V. Microwave in a box. bed was comfortable. We have stayed a few times recently, as it is conveniently located but I will look for another motel .

No onsite dining - had to negotiate an area we didn't know to get takeaway because it was a lot closer than anything decent Room needed some work on it - new toilet seat would have been good and a bit of paint Room was a good size and good size parking slot for our 4WD

There was not alot i liked. The manager knocked on my door at 8pm. I didnt answer the door as i was not dressed. He belted my door for a minute. I ran into the bathroom to put some cloths on. When i came out he had used his key to open my door and he turned my inside lights on. I said to him he is bot allowed to do that. He believed he could. I checked out the next morning.

Rooms not clean . Still rubbish on bathroom floor, hair and dirt in the fridge, white coffee cups were brown on the inside, coffee had been spilt on the bedside table and hadn’t been cleaned. See photos on google reviews.

The property is outdated, needs urgent upgrade, the pool requires urgent maintenance, my daughter needed to recover from a rugby tournament but could not use the pool, dirty and murky, the reception said it was open ok to use, when it was really a health hazard. The rooms smelt of mould and there was a leak under the sink which showed extensive mould/water damage. The shower floors were dirty, no toilet paper when we arrived. The price we paid was definitely excessive vs the conditions of the hotel, the bed sheet cover was stained. Overall we were only happy with the location of the hotel. as it’s across a shopping centre but will never stay there again.

Tv was mostly unwatchable, internet was soo slow programs stalled or completely dropped out. The A/c was poor, inspection revealed the filters were choked with dust and the insides were in need of urgent servicing. Shower taps continually dripped. A 3 bed room with 2 mismatched bowls and only 2 mugs.

It was rated 4 star.The shower leaked all night very noisy others staying near us must of been smoking front door gaps not seeled so smell of smoke entering our room. Not enough cutely in dish .Some bedside lamps would be great had to have downlight on too bright when in bed.The shower could have been cleaned green residue on tiles not clean enough on floor where grouting is.poor toilet seat and door in bathroom doesnt shut well to door swelling.Washing in sink not very hygenic perhaps a hand basin in bathroom.A security door too could leave open a bit for fresh air blind down for privacy wich made it very dark.Glad i didnt pay more our function was cancelled but still came to your town.Upon arrival could have been more professional family all in the office.
