Very comfortable

Our stay at at Picnic Point Villas was most enjoyable. Stayed there for a specialist appointment in Toowoomba and arrived late in the evening with my three children. After a long and tiring trip We were delighted to find our villa beautifully clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and the beds were warm and comfortable. We had trouble understanding the new smart TV and the owners came promptly to sort it for us. We will absolutely stay there again and would also highly recommend it. Many thanks.

I was extremely happy with our stay at Picnic Point Villas. We fell in love with the mattress on our bed. I had the best nights sleep I've had in a long, long time. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - except sunshine - it rained our entire stay in Toowoomba but no matter - our villa was warm and comfy and cosy for those down times in between rain squalls where we just HAD to stay put to keep dry. I would thoroughly recommend Picnic Point Villas. I have only one criticism and that is that the photos on the web site we booked from suggested strongly that the villas had beautiful views of the ranges - not so - the villas are situated just two minutes away from those views but you cannot see them from the villas like we were expecting. This was only a minor disappointment though. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Toowoomba. We will be back.

Good location, easy to find, lovely décor and good sized unit, well equipped. Reverse cycle air con was very much needed on a very cold day. Very clean and comfortable, cosy blankets. Oven didn't work at the time though, and was some street noise as the road is relatively busy and on a corner (roundabout). Great large tv. We felt safe and secure, screened windows and very comfy sofa couch. Netflix and or a small dvd player would have been a great addition.

We were pleasantly surprised with our unit, no. 3. However, the point of entry should be listed as "Long Street" which would help people who do not know the area very well. Also, the heating light in the bathroom was not working, something we oldies need in Toowoomba! We would stay there again.

I was very happy with the accommodation, especially at the price I paid. Instructions for check-in were clear, and the villa was very clean, comfortable(although kitchen and living area is small) and appears to have been fairly recently refurbished. Especially appreciated were the little amenities provided, including laundry detergent for the washing machine, and milk in the fridge - a godsend when you arrive at 8.30pm and guests include some who have travelled from the UK via Brisbane the week prior. I had to contact the property manager after checking out as I'd accidentally left something behind and she was a pleasure to deal with. Was very pleasantly surprised with my choice, as I have paid more to stay in inferior accommodation. A suggestion would be portable fans for the bedrooms, as they can heat up and the airconditioning in the lounge room does not always reach the rooms.

We loved our stay in this cosy two bedroom unit. Full laundry, great kitchen, comfy beds! Property was very clean and not too far from the CBD. It’s only downfall is that there are no air conditioners or fans in the bedrooms, only the living area. This wasn’t really an issue for us though and we just left the bedroom doors open for cooling. Would happily stay here again!!

The villa's kitchen was very well appointed. The bathroom towels were small and there are no hooks to place undies etc on the wall adjacent to the shower cubicle. The main bedroom has no scrim or window tinting so that with the curtains open there is no privacy so the curtains have to closed and the light put on! Two bedside tables and at least one lamp would also make that room so much better. Overall, great undercover parking and a pleasant place to stay. We will definitely book again!!
