Parking was convenient, suite/room was spacious, front desk attendant was excellent! Each suite in the hotel had something different wrong with it that needed fixed so had to choose lesser of concerns.

Nothing to like. Uniquely the dirtiest place we've ever stayed in. Very ghetto. Candice and the manager did try. But overall terrible. I would have added photos but it's funny how the website won't allow it.

Not so “Quality” Inn

Nice staff at both check-in and check-out. Some concerns in our room and throughout the hotel… Our smoke detector was not connected, sitting below the television, and battery was dead. They are supposed to be hard wired, so if 1 goes off they all go off. Vending machine not working, ice machine not working. Carpet dirty throughout the building. The hotel needs some updating. It smells dirty in the hallways, room was better. Fire extinguisher in the hallway is not current. I always like to say something positive, so I will add: bath towels were nice and fluffy.

Front desk staff was very friendly. But the pictures on travelocity must have been from a long time ago. Carpets were worn and shredded, elevator had dirt in the corner and the rooms looked way different than what was presented online. This particular Quality Inn lacks the quality component. For what we paid a night, I'd call it a rip-off. Very sketchy place.

Front desk was rude. Rooms are in rough shape. Found bed bugs. Did not stay. The manager the next day called and was very polite and seemed legitimately concerned. Refunded our money and seems like she is really trying to improve the place .

Property was run down, shabby. Stayed in January and had a much cleaner and updated room. Remote didn’t work, called front desk, person came up and plugged in wires behind tv, said the remote probably needed new batteries but did not give us a new one. Couldn’t change channels and had to unplug wires behind the tv to turn it off for the night.

Hard pass

The walls were paper thin and I could hear every room surrounding me. The breakfast was practically reheated jimmy deans. The night concierge was very nice but the morning one had an attitude. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. The shower was covered in hair and the knob and faucet were falling out of the wall. The ceiling looked like it was going to collapse from water damage. It’s in a nice area but it is not a nice hotel

I specifically called and asked if pool and hot tub were in working order. I was told yes. Got there and neither were working. Found out they have been down for a long time so I was lied to on the phone. It was late and we had our two young grandchildren with us. The sole reason for the trip was to spend the weekend and swim. So we got our room on the 3rd floor. Went to run a bath for kids and there was hair on the drain. So I scrubbed the tub out. Waited 20 minutes for hot water and finally gave up on that. 7:45 Sunday morning we go down to eat and all that's there is waffle stuff and cereal. Everything else was gone. They serve breakfast until 9. Other than the nice desk clerk when we checked in I don't have a good thing to say about the place. I contacted Expedia that evening and they were of no help at all.

Hot tub was scummy and the neighborhood don’t look like the best place to be. Dirtier than I like. It’s a cheap place to sleep but just over a block away are much better hotels. Staff was amazing and super friendly though.

This hotel is a favorite of me and my kids staycations. I enjoy the affordability and the kids enjoy the pool the most. They could have given us a cleaner room last stay. Our room smelled musty and there was an oily handprint on the wall above a headboard which was gross. The worker offered to move us but we had already settled in and didnt want to move everything. Breakfast is basic but good! Will continue to stay here.
