"Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and nice selections for breakfast! The hotel is conveniently located a couple blocks from the new convention center, and a couple more blocks from shopping on Queen Street. In particular, the shower heated up quickly and helped warm me up on the cool winter Auckland mornings."
"The hotel is well located. However the checkout time of 11.o0 far too early. The TV is located diagonally to the seaties and to the bed as well. You need to stand in front of the table to watch directly. Having said that the staff is very helpful and customer focussed."
"Staff were extremely helpful, we arrived early
and were able to check in and access our room straight away. Our room was clean and well set out. Beds were comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and were left a handwritten card and a selection of sweet treats. This was much appreciated. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise- a great selection of hot and cold food, tea coffee juice etc. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay again."

The room decor was a little more sterile than what was shown on line but again for the price it was acceptable.
