Room: spotless and spacious Breakfast: purchased the buffet. Lots of selection. The morning attendant brought me my own carafe of coffee. Very friendly staff and personal attention! I had dropped my phone on the way through the lobby and Mr Beshoy, the front office Manager secured it for me and returned it promptly when I returned in a panic! He went above and beyond by ensuring my lost phone was safely returned—an outstanding example of honesty and exceptional guest service.

Room was clean and staff were extremely accommodating but the room it self was just okay. Beds were too soft. Felt smaller than queen beds. Pillows were so soft that even 2 together didn’t support my head; just sank dow lower. Heat and cooling was a nightmare four our allergies. Looking for pet free room due to allergies but none designated in this hotel. Staff found a room with no pets for 36 days but still issues.
