Good stay for one night, and excellent communication with the host! What I will mention is that getting into the condo was a bit confusing, so this is more of an FYI for future travellers. The host was incredible with communication throughout. Most of the challenges I experienced were related to navigating the building rather than the accommodation itself. To park, you need a fob that is located in the condo. After arriving, I stopped at the front desk to ask about accessing my floor and was advised that I would be able to use the lobby access code. When I eventually got onto the elevator, I learned that access to my floor required the fob, so I had to find an alternate route to reach the unit and get my key. Once I was able to connect with the host, they responded immediately and helped me access the unit without any issues. Their responsiveness was greatly appreciated and made the situation much easier to resolve. After retrieving the key, I returned to park my vehicle. The instructions and videos provided by the host were extremely helpful, as the parking garage layout took a bit of time to figure out on a first visit. Overall, it was a good stay for the night, and I was very impressed with the host's communication and willingness to help. I only deducted a point because it took about an hour from arrival to getting fully settled into the unit.

This was a comfy space to stay in. I recommend double checking the descriptions when purchasing because they offer single private rooms and entire suites. Do not accidentally make the mistake of booking a private room if that’s not what you want. This happened to us and we were a bit frustrated. Nevertheless, Hostly Stays provided A1 customer service. They allowed us to upgrade for a small fee and were very understanding. We needed to check out a few minutes after designated check out time and they were okay with it! Customer service is A1- very kind, understanding, and coherent. Will definitely recommend/ be back. Thank you guys!

It was a nice unit, the pictures on Expedia showed a bigger unit with a pool table which was not what I got, but the unit I stayed in was very nice nonetheless.
