This property is at best "average". Location, however, is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Unfortunately, the actual hotel and rooms / lobby etc., all feel quite industrial.

The staff was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great location too! A mini version of the New York locations. Getting on the WIFI was a bit of a pain but not too much of an issue. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

My friend and I stayed here for an event at Roy Thompson hall and LOVED IT! Great price, amazing team and overall property! I have stayed at Riu’s in the Caribbean and was so impressed with the Toronto location. The front desk staff and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous, so many towels and the temperature in the room was easily adapted for comfort. The beds, pillows and linens were so comfy! The buffet breakfast was NEXT LEVEL! So many amazing foods to choose from! Highly recommend staying here. Short walk to parking, restaurants and venues! Safe, clean neighbourhood also! I will definitely return for any downtown overnights! Thank you!!

The hotel was awesome! Very nice and modern rooms. One complaint I have (which is not too bad) is the staff in the breakfast buffet…you barely had your sugar out in your coffee and they were there cleaning the tables…I stayed at the hotel for 3 breakfasts and on average a wait staff came to my table 5 times before I was finished…I found that to be very annoying.

Everything was perfectly fine until this morning which is my last day. I woke up this morning to a bed bug crawling n the sheet. I recorded it then went down to the receptionist to show them. They offered me a room change which wouldn’t make any sense because I’m leaving today. They didn’t offer any refund/partial refund or a future credit for that matter. I don’t like the way this situation was handled at all. If I bring bed bugs home I’m on my own basically. Not a good look for a new hotel.
