It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around.
