Welcome to our bright and modern studio apartment, nestled on the ground floor of a stylish townhouse.

Note: It is NOT a basement, you enjoy fully private stay with your own entrance, bathroom, & kitchen — no shared spaces.

For convenience, the bathroom is equipped with both tissue & hand-held water bidet spray (this for guests who prefer a bidet over tissue paper).

You may also relax & enjoy coffee or tea in the garden just in front of your room.

The room is perfect for 2 Adult & 1 Child.
The space
Space is everything: This place offers both comfort & convenience as all amenities are very close.

5-7 minute walk away is Mount Pleasant GO Station.

5-7 min walk to grocery, saloon, fast food, park, ice-ring (all are next to go station)

5-7 min walk to public library.

5-10 min drive to Walmart, Longos, Fortinos, Canadian Tire etc

30 min Downtown Toronto.

Free Parking on the street (opposite the driveway).

The room is perfect for 2 Adult & 1 Child. However, we can provide Extra Mattress, Bedding, Pillows and blankets on request - to accommodate 3 Adult at extra charge.

Note: There is a furnace, air ventilation, and air-conditioning system located behind the kitchen and room. It is required to keep the home fresh and comfortable. However, while it’s running, there is operational noise in the kitchen area. You may feel the noise in inside the room if the kitchen door is open. The Furness operation sound in the room is at a normal level if the kitchen door is closed.

If you are particularly sensitive to noise, please consider this before booking.

Don't worry it is very simple and hassle-free touchless entry (no key or lockbox required).
Other things to note
- NO SMOKING in the home.

- NO SHOES in the home.

- NO ANIMALS (of any kind) in the home.

- NO UN-APPROVED GUEST in the home

Points to Note:

- Please empty garbage bins regularly to avoid buildup and pests. Large bins are located in front of the garage door.

- If you have a vehicle, park on the street opposite the driveway.

- For Security there is a camera to monitor the exterior of the property. Smoke detectors to detect smoke and fire.
