- 3 generously sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 9 guests. Access to the back studio (sleeps 2) can also be provided for a $100/night fee, otherwise it will remain locked. Please see bedroom configuration below.
- A stunning, light-filled open plan kitchen, living and dining space with views over Torquay. Guests can sit back and relax in the living area reading a book, having a wine or enjoying the large smart flat screen TV. The dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar also offers a great space for entertaining or sharing a meal. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you can think of including pod coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and more.
- A balcony with table, chairs and BBQ which gives guests the opportunity to eat outside and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
- A shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet plus an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom.

Guests can also enjoy surrounding neighbourhoods such as Jan Juc and explore the surf at Bells Beach. What more could you want!
