"You cant beat the location of this hotel, right next ro the train and boat station, right next to Piazza de Duomo and all the shops and restaurants. Just walk out and you are on the waterfront! Breakfast is great, staff are lovely and most of the hotel has been refurbished and is looking great! Some areas I imagine are still needing to be done, but does not spoil the stay. The room is large and the bathroom is clean and fresh (massive bathtub, the shower space is a little small, but again absolutely fine). We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%!"

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

I had a large ground floor room with a lovely patio -- it was too cold for me to spend much time out there in early January, but in warmer months it would be awesome. My room was bright, very clean, and lacked for nothing. The location is another great feature of 73 Boutique Hotel, just off one of the main pedestrian and shopping streets, in the old town, a short walk to the Duomo and the Lake. Overall, just a great, great place to stay in Como, which is an an incredible little city on a breathtakingly beautiful lake. "
