All the staff was very friendly and they have the best snacks and drinks in lobby that are priced really reasonable. Also there is ice available, which is a must for America’s."

"It’s a definitely must. Stayed 2 nights and have everything I needed in this apartment. The host Juliet was excellent. Responded to all my questions in a minute. The roam was better than a hotel. Honestly speaking it 10/10. Definitely recommended. The bed was fantastic, Ac worked perfectly well especially when it was 37 degrees. Our nights were really superb. Little kitchen with almost everything, lots of closets for clothes."

"The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair. The staff the best; Irene was Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly. Love that the hotel was right on the plaza. In general it was a great place to stay. Recommended."
