Our brand new luxury Villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

All beds are brand new and fitted with top quality deep filled mattresses. Beds are dressed with up with 100% Egyptian cotton cool white linen

The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms are fitted with remote controlled ceiling fans. Windows and doors are fitted with fly screens.

The open living and dining area includes a 50" smart TV with DVD Blue Ray and Bose sound player which can connect to your iPad or phone via Bluetooth
Free Internet and WiFi in every room

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven , extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and cordless Dyson Hoover

The utility area includes a 7k washing machine, iron, ironing board and space for drying clothes.

The outdoor area includes a large dining table with 8 chairs, further relaxed seating , parasols and a BBQ area.

We also include reclining deck chairs, beach towels and a large cool box for days out to the beach


Just 20 minutes drives from Murcia airport & 50 minute drive from Alicante airport.

Closest beach just a 10 minute drive.

The villa is located on a secure gated community with a spa shop mini supermarket, bakers, pharmacy, bank, hairdressers, a few cafes and bars just a few minutes walk away.

Many sandy beaches and a huge selection of restaurants are just a short drive away.

Superb villa. Very well equipped and super clean. Everything you need. Lovely pool area. Quite a remote location with just one or two bars and shops within walking distance. A car is a must to get around. Jess the manager is a gem. So friendly and helpful. Would def recommend

It was a real pleasure staying here, from the excellent communication with Shaun and Jess, to the smooth check-in and check-out with Jess personal attention.The apartment is set in a very quiet area, about 15 minutes from the main attractions around the inland side of the Mar Menor, and 30 minutes from Calblanque, Cabo de Palos, and La Manga. It’s a perfect base to explore the whole region. There’s also a supermarket, few shops, and a couple of bars just around.The place is ideal for a family trip thanks to its peaceful setting, thoughtful layout, and great amenities like the great pool, patio, barbecue, sun loungers... The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, which we really appreciated.We wouldn’t hesitate to come back... highly recommended!

Wij hebben genoten van de heerlijke rust in en rondom de villa. Je zit echt afgelegen op een berg met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Een nadeel is wel dat je ongeveer 15 minuten nodig hebt naar het dorpje Sayalonga. Vanuit daar nog een kleine 15 minuten naar de snelweg. Gelukkig hoefden wij niet elke dag weg. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is prachtig en er was bijna elke avond een heerlijk briesje. De host Benjamin was zeer goed bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Wij raden dit verblijf absoluut aan.

Both owner and manager Jessy were super nice and responsive, though we barely needed any help as the house was spotless, very well furnished and appointed, and a pleasure to stay in!

Good location clean and have everything we need.The property manager Jess is very friendly and helpful.we strongly recommed it to anyone looking for a nice peaceful relaxing break .You have to have a car to drive around so may good places and beaches.

Great holiday

Better than described. Jess went above and beyond, given our later evening arrival. Shaun came to see us and was delightful. The village was a 5 minute walk for everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property and would return 😊 Elaine, Deb and Libby.

Last minute gem

We booked this property very last minute as had a water leak where we currently were. We were able speak to the owner on the phone as soon as we booked who told us everything we needed to know. In all honesty we thought for the price it was going to be too good to be true - how wrong we were! The advert under sells the property, it was even better in person. Absolutely immaculate and everything you needed and more. There was a folder with all info needed clearly, very handy! The outdoor sitting area was fantastic, and very private. The whole complex was very quiet, and despite it being the middle of summer holidays the pool was very quiet which was lovely. The area is beautiful and well kept. Complete ease booking in and out, we were even allowed to stay a bit later so we could get our evening flight. Fab for famalies and kids, massive washing machine, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms etc. Parking was great, lots of space and right by villas. We would stay again for sure, Absolutely loved it, as did the kids! Thank you for letting us come!

Second stay

We have stayed here before and was a lovely property and great value. Had another great stay, the pool facilities are brilliant and for young kids ideal. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you should need. Having been here before we discovered a few more local locations. I would say a car is a needed, as around 10-15 mins to beaches and other coastal resorts.

Una villa preciosa

Es una urbanización privada,con parkin y piscina, esta en la afueras de un pueblo a 5 minutos andando al centro d san cayetano. Me ha encantado la casa , el dueño la tiene muy bien equipada, terraza completa habitaciones con buenas camas y zonas comunes preciosas, para mi un 10 en todo, espectacular.

Ontspanning

De woning lijkt op de foto's ruimer dan dan dat het in werkelijkheid is. het betreft een hoekrijtjeswoning met een gezamenlijk zwembad. Het huis heeft alle benodigdheden en licht op het zuid oosten, dus tot een uurtje of 17 zon en dan kan je verhuizen naar het zwembad. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig, want ligt afgelegen van de grotere steden, stranden en supermarkten. Maar met de auto is het goed te doen.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans notre résidence, très grande piscine, au calme. La propriété est grande, propre avec une grande terrasse très agréable pour se retrouver en famille. À proximité, de nombreuses plages à découvrir, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Seul petit bémol, nous avons trouvé cela dommage que la gérante immobilière ne nous ait pas adressé la parole durant notre séjour malgré les fois où nous l’avons croisé. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances !

Excellent property

The property was very nice. All very clean and had all the amenities we required. San Cayetano is a about 10-15 mins from main towns with restaurants etc and the beach but this is explained in the details to the property, but a car is probably necessary. The pool was fantastic we spent most of our time there with our young-ish kids who had a great time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely well equipped villa

Great 2 week holiday staying at this modern, well equipped villa. Quiet location - car a necessity. Great pool which the kids loved. Fantastic aircon, crucial mid summer. Fab TV system and Bose speaker system. Nice outdoor area. Very punctual and positive communication with the owner prior to our stay, which was great for confidence considering Covid travel concerns.

La maison était telle que décrite, accueil excellent, résidence charmante et fleurie ,piscine très bien et calme Un seul petit bémol l’environnement est un peu désertique mais dès que vous rouler une dizaine de minutes vous avez de très jolies plages dont vous profiterez avec les sièges à disposition dans la maison. En résumé un très bon sejour

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay. The Villa is very modern with all the equipment that we needed. It was very clean and Yvonne very helpful. The pool area is very nice and safe for small children. Lovely beaches are close by by car. I can highly recommend the villa.

Lovely house but location is not great

The house is lovely and the urbanisation is well kept. The house manager was very helpful throughout. The village in our opinion is a let down. We found lots of rubbish with little in the way of bars and restaurants. We recommend anyone using the villa has a car to get to busier areas with more activity. The pool area here is fantastic.
