This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has a capacity for 4 people.

It has views of the garden.

It is located in a family-friendly zone and in a suburb.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, internet, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, garage and open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).

The kitchen, is equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle.





There is a 5 star InterContinental Hotel just 5-10 minutes level walk away, with 3 restaurants and 3 bars, offering a full range of gastronomic options and entertainment including traditional Irish pub. There is also a Spa which offers a thermal suite with revitalising pools, sauna, steam room, lifestyle showers, relaxation room, fitness area and a range of Spa treatments. There is a large indoor and outdoor infinity swimming pool, children's paddling pool and jacuzzi. Residents (and their guests) can use the hotel's leisure facilities at a reduced rate. Various golf options are also available at the hotel, including golf buggies.

There is an extensive and reasonably priced supermarket on site and more options in the local towns.

Residents (and their guests) have free access to 17 large swimming pools located on site, all with children's paddling pools.

The Resort continues to provide a number of free activities for the residents (and their guests). Details can be obtained from the Town Centre bar (opposite the hotel) and it typically includes water aerobics, Yoga, Pilates and a ladies coffee morning amongst others.

We are located within a gated community, security controlled 24 hours a day. The two entrances are permanently manned by security staff and a security guard patrols in a car, including during the night.

More restaurant and bar options are located in the Boulevard area, situation just outside the Resort's Gate 2 and it is only a 5-10 minute walk away.

There is a train station in Torre Pacheo, which is 5 minutes drive away. This station provides links to Barcelona, Madrid, Cartagena (for the port, marina, Roman amphitheatre and range of clothes shops, restaurants and bars) and Murcia (the capital of the Murcia region for the Cathedral and range of clothes shops, restaurants and bars).

The Resort has access to a reliable and reasonable taxi service. Taxis are always available from outside the front of the hotel, or can be contacted via the numbers contained on the information sheet inside the house.



The apartment is part of the Mar Menor Golf Resort. It is an 18 hole, Par 68 golf course, part of the celebrated Nicklaus Golf Trail. Unique in Europe and one of Europe's best golf experiences.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort was one of the first for the Nicklaus Golf Trail. Golfers of all levels will be able to happily experience the impressive golf, no matter what their experience.

In addition to the Mar Menor 18 hole Golf Course, the Nicklaus Golf Trail provides all keen golfers and holiday makers with a further 5 exclusive and entirely unique golf courses. All of the six golf courses within the Nicklaus Golf Trail are situated within a 25km radius, making sure you are able to access each course effortlessly. You will find the golf courses in this trail are different in terrain and style. The trail consists of the following golf courses: Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme, La Terrazas del La Torre & Condado de Alhama.

The Costa Calida has 2 seas: the Mar Menor (the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe) and the Mediterranean.

The Murcia region offers vacation 365 days a year for all ages.

Torre Pacheco, Costa Calida, Spain

The Torre Pacheco is in the south of Spain on the Costa Calida / Costa Blanca in Murcia.

Los Alcazares is located on the Mar Menor.

Especially nice are the weekly markets in the places and events.

Mar Menor (little sea or small sea) is a salty lagoon, in the south-east of Murcia, in Spain, separated from the Mediterranean sea by La Manga, a sandbar 22km in length and with a variable width from 100 to 1200m. With an annual average temperature of 21 degrees celsius and over 300 days of sunshine per year, the climate creates the ideal place for sailing, canoeing and windsurfing all year round.

With a surface area of nearly 170km², 62 separately named beaches, a coastal length of 250kms along the shores of 2 seas, warm and clear water which does not exceed 7m in depth, it is 'the largest swimming pool in the world' according to the famous swimmer and Hollywood actress Esther Williams.

عناصر لم تنل الإعجاب: النظافة

Un séjour décevant

Arrivée dans l'appartement où il devait y avoir un garage comme spécifié dans l'annonce et surprise pas de garage voiture en plein soleil toute la journée et pour rentrer dedans pas évident au vue des chaleurs, la literie est de très mauvaise qualité sans parler de la couleur des draps blancs et oreillers jaunies, des tâches sur les couettes laissées dans le placard, rie pour faire le ménage pas depo de pour la vaisselle et de produit pour se laver les mains, mon fils de 4 ans avait fait tomber un jouet entre les coussins du fauteuil et en le levant le cousin surprise pleins de détritus, un vieux t-shirt des chaussettes le ménage est à revoir
