This hotel was so central to EVERYTHING. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and our room was GREAT!! The beds were very comfortable, and our balcony was in the perfect location so we did not get afternoon sun. Our stay was fantastic and this hotel was a big part of that feeling. 😁

Great Hot

Genuinely friendly welcome on arrive to our large tour party. Room was good size, Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Great location for bars, restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended hotel in Torremolinos.

This property is tired and rundown. The staff are disinterested in providing any decent service. The breakfast buffet is just plain, awful, poor quality, food, and running empty on everything. This hotel would be great if the staff and ownership would take some pride in the property.

Refreshed hotel in centre of town.

Since my last visit the hotel has had a refresh and looked much more appealing. The room was good with a good bathroom and even a bath! The staff were all friendly and willing to help, contributing to a relaxed stay. The town centre location was a bonus being just a few hundred metres from the railway station.

The staff, from the front desk up to housekeeping up to breakfast restaurant up to bar tendering, all staff is doing their utmost best always despite the immense business going on during touristic seasons, even when the hotel is at full occupancy, they all do work with a smile on their face to serve us, visitors, at their Grand Cerventas, BLUE, wherefore my special thanks to all of them.

The Front Desk people are very kind, courteous and friendly, especially Vanessa, she's like an angel with the clientèle, a beautiful mother, and for sure she deserves esteem and compliments, I am sure she must have a husband who adores her. Thank you for the kindness and for making sure my stay was excellent. p.s.: the lady from housekeeping on my floor does merit also compliments, she was friendly, and polite and made my day's also being sunny during the rainy times in Costa Del Sol.
