"Our room key was for an occupied room. Our key opened the door to find it being used. Had to go back to the front desk to report the issue. Got another key to another room. The room we had was somewhat clean but the windows were filthy dirty which made us uncomfortable. Loud talking outside and doors slamming was terrible. Balcony was dirty. Bed was just ok nothing great. Tv was terrible and breaking up. Red light on phone kept blinking and front desk did nothing to stop it. Garbage in parking lot containers was overflowing. Glad I won’t be in this area again. Don’t know how breakfast was. We left early. Find another place to stay!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good - breakfast burritos, yogurt and oatmeal. The hotel story and mural were cool. We enjoyed the location - close to Walgreens and food and an easy drive to explore Santa Fe."

"The shower had pump dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner, but unfortunately they were either empty or broken. Fortunately, they had a small round bar of soap for the sink that we used. Other than that, the room was fine - clean, spacious, relatively quiet (heavy footsteps in room above us). Staff was friendly. Perfect location for us coming from Great Sand Dunes and visiting Bandelier the next morning. I read some of the negative reviews and we didn't have any of those issues. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If we were going to be longer, I would have asked them to bring shampoo and soap."

"I have stayed here twice now and would stay here every time I’m in Santa Fe. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful. The parking and walkability is in a prime location. And we love the restaurant! "
