Designed in the twenties by the architect Giancarlo Maroni, the Estate consists of 2 amazing villas with Lake view each with its own grounds, private infinity pool, solarium, wellness area, relax spaces, barbecue. Villa Garda Estate is the perfect location to host prestigious events and unforgettable weddings. The whole Estate can accommodate up to 18 guests with 7 bedrooms 7 bathrooms and 4 extra beds.
Here's the description of each Villa:
Villa Garda I :
Standing majestically on a hill overlooking Lake Garda, Villa Garda I is a refined and elegant retreat offering luxury indoor and outdoor spaces. A working estate, the property is home to over 1000 ancient olive trees, which are still producing high quality extra-virgin and DOP certificated olive oil. Designed in the 1920\'s by the architect Giancarlo Maroni, famous for also designing the Vittoriale degli Italiani nearby, the core of the estate was renovated in 2008. Today it offers three luxury master suites for up to six guests (two additional beds available upon request), a pool and spa area open year-round, and plenty of space to roam and relax. The large infinity pool is sterilized by a natural salt-based treatment and the surrounding patio is furnished with a barbecue, deck chairs and tables for outdoor dining. A Wellness area, dedicated to spoiling and pampering guests with relaxing massages and beauty treatments, overlooks the garden and the lake, and offers a large whirlpool tub, Finnish sauna, large shower, and relaxation area with comfortable beds.
The interior of the villa is filled with light and space. There is a large living room with sofa, chairs, Satellite TV and DVD/CD player, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, mixer), a spectacular glass conservatory/dining room with a table for ten overlooking the lake, and three elegant and comfortable master suites with ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Garda II:
Villa Garda II comprises a wing of an estate that has been recently renovated and modernized. A working estate, the property is home to over 1000 ancient olive trees, which are still producing high quality extra-virgin and DOP certificated olive oil. Guests will enjoy an elegant residence with direct ties to its historical roots yet offering all the amenities and services of a modern villa. The living area consists of living room and dining room, with elegant, original Venetian floors and historical fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living rooms and the fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine) guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of Monte Baldo and the southern part of Lake Garda. The villa sleeps up to 10 people in four double bedrooms with original furnishings, TVs and private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have terraces and lake views. Two extra single beds are available.
In the outside area, guests of the villa can gather around the table for meals under the shade of the large umbrella. Clients are also able to relax in the heated Jacuzzi (accommodating six to eight people) all the while taking in the spectacular lake view from its strategic position. For al fresco dining, a barbecue with wood is available.
