"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made check-in smooth and welcoming. The room itself was clean, and I appreciated the concept — it feels a bit like a college dorm setup with a shared kitchen. The kitchen area was also clean and well-maintained, which was a nice plus. However, there were several downsides. Parking was nearby, but getting there was very frustrating. What should have been a short 0.2-mile drive took about 20 minutes due to heavy traffic in the area. It was also difficult to find a spot to briefly park and unload luggage. Access to the building could also be inconvenient. The door code system was inconsistent and sometimes required entering the code multiple times before it worked. The biggest issue was the noise. There is a bar on the ground floor with loud music, and the surrounding area is quite busy. Throughout the night, there was constant noise from people outside, traffic, and even garbage trucks. I woke up multiple times because of it. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were great, the noise and parking challenges made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"The staff was so unprofessional with a bad attitude that he didn't let me sign the paper saying the exact check out time. One of the roomate smells bad and there wasn't windows that can be opened so I had to stay with the bad smell for whole day"

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. However, I specifically chose this hotel because parking was available. When we arrived, however, parking was not available. I was instructed that there was a lot down the street, outside, and I could park there. It was very inconvenient, especially since I had a friend with me who is not capable of walking the few blocks and uses a cane. After asking several times, I was told that some Parking had opened the following morning and I moved the car. I was then charged $87 overnight instead of the advertised 54. The other issue is the fact that there was absolutely no water available in my room the second morning of my visit. There was apparently a plumbing issue and the entire hotel was out. I understand that these things happen, but there was no attempt made to make accommodations or provide water when I inquired at the front desk. There was no running water in the entire hotel, no restrooms, no faucets, nothing. Again, I understand that things happen, however, my bill totaled over $450 for two nights accommodations. Not outrageous, but not an insignificant amount, considering two of the major amenities that I had hoped to expect were unavailable. "
