Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. Really nice room and bathroom. Coffee maker was much appreciated. It will be nicer when renovated lounges are ready. Didn’t like the dark corridors. Location was really good. Easy to get to from train station.

Stay was good. I don't understand the bad reviews and I am a hotel snob. I assume we received a renovated room as we were happy. Location 10/10 , staff 10/10 , room 8/10 and only down side was that the halls were old and the elevator took a little time but nothing to ruin our stay and we would come back for sure.

Lovely hotel, definitely recommend

Hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable and well sized. Staff are helpful and let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out (due to flight times). Well located on the main square, though I'd recommend light sleepers bring earplugs. If we come to Toulouse again, we'll definitely be staying here.
