"The transfer connection was seamless. It was a 3rd party and the driver was wonderful. The hotel itself isn't in the best neighborhood. It was very run down but we felt safe. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very small. The room had a nice bed but not much room for too many suitcases or bags. It was fine for 1 night. The bathroom shower was so small it wasn't worth using. There was a lot of water damage on the door which was an indicator the water from the shower goes everywhere. I would stay there again for the convenience of the port to get to a cruise. "

"Room appears old, probably time for a renovation. Our room had wrinkled wallpaper in the corner, probably from some kind of water issue. Our room was facing the Zeus site, which is a main street. Very noisy traffic. The breakfast was good and it is served on the rooftop, where there is a terrific view of the Acropolis. Used the restaurant for a dinner, but we were not impressed by the food. Hotel is in a good location, close to the subway, museum and Acropolis entrance."

"From the moment of arrival to checkout the staff was amazingly helpful. They accommodated our early arrival, got us extra bedding, arranged our taxi to airport and even pointed us in the right direction for the little things we wanted to see/do. Highly recommend this hotel and will rebook on our return trip to Greece!!!"

"The room was clean, however the first weekend we stayed before going to Santorini we didn’t have air conditioning which sucked. But when we came back the air conditioning was working and the second stay was much more enjoyable. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. "Good breakfast, and great front desk staff. There are a group of young people at the front desk that in my opinion deserve recognition for their professionalism and courteous attitudes, these young men and women made our stay at Mitsis's a memorable experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of a fresh drink. During our 2 day stay Maria,Fenia, Aris and kirillos, treated my family and i as if we were part of their family. While trying to brush my teeth one night, i accidentally plugged my electric dental cleaner in without the voltage transformer and cause the power to go out in our room. Aris quickly relocated us to another room an reassure me that everything was going to be ok. When i return to Piraeus, i will most definitely stay at Mitsis."
