While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. Our room had a sliding door that opened into the main lobby area, so we could hear everything—footsteps, conversations, and any movement from other guests. Maybe one comment I have is that for a hostel that claims to be eco-friendly, more could be done (e.g. heaters in the rooms are way too hot, laundry machines are old, etc).
