The pictures were not as it seemed. The sea view was also the barrals of oil in front as well. The customer service was excellent. Breakfast had very limited choices. Room was very clean but very old. Small space for 4 people.

Temizlik ile toparlamayi karsitirmislar?

Temizlik çok kötü, hatta hiç yapılmamış desem yalan olmaz. Tuvaletlerdeki sarı lekeleri, masalardaki saçlari, yerlerin temizliği kıllar vs hangisini desem. 3 yetişkin 2 çocuk diyoruz ve family suit veriyorlar. Herşey eksik, temizlik zaten yok. (2 kişilik malzeme koycaksiniz madem neden 5 kişilik diye odayi veriyosunuz).Yalnızca üstünkörü toparlanmış ve çarşaflar degismiş. Kahvaltı kötü değildi çeşitlilik yeterliydi fakat geri kalanlar kötü maalesef. Temizlikçi ablalar, kötü iş çıkarıp, dedikodu yapmaktan başka birşey yapmıyorlar. Temizliği kendimiz yaptık. Resepsiyonda ki gençler çok toylar ama söz dinliyorlar. Konum fena değil, bir daha tercih etmem. Not: asansör yanında çiçeğin üzerinde kirli bir kupa bardak vardı ve 3 gün dikkat ettim kimse gelip geçerken almadı. Tabiiki yine ablalarimiz da buna dahil ! Varın siz düşünün gerisini

aynı otele geçen sene de gidip memnun kaldığımız için bu yıl da gittik.önce iyi özelliklerini yazacağım, tam bir f/p otel. merkeze yakın ve deniz manzaralı bir otel için fiyatı uygun. fakat bu yıl tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu ve bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyoruz.siteden kral dairesi olan luxury odaya rezervasyon yaptırdık.m2 olarak bize verdikleri odanın 3 katı, mutfaklı, otelin en güzel odası. otele giriş tarihimizden önce akşam arayıp rezervasyonda bir sorun olup olmadığını özellikle sorduk.ertesi gün otele gittiğimizde kral dairesinde elektrik sıkıntısı olduğunu onun yerine bize yine büyük ve deniz manzaralı bir oda vereceklerini,bizim ilave yatak talebinde bulunduğumuzu ve zaten kral dairesinde ilave yatak olmadığını bize verdikleri odada iki yatak olduğunu söylediler. öncelikle sitede odanın özelliklerinde ücretsiz ilave portabl yatak eklenebileceği yazıyor.rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda 100m2,bize verdikleri oda 35-40m2.bunu yapmazsak rezervasyonu iptal edebileceğimizi söylediler.o anda başka kalacak yer bulamayacağımız için kabul etmek durumunda kaldık. bana mail attıklarını ve durumu haber verdiklerini söylediler fakat onlara da gösterdiğim üzere mail falan yoktu.ayrıca önceki gece zaten biz aramıştık ve bize böyle bir durumdan bahsedilmedi.sorun biz gitmeden yarım saat önce başladı galiba:)ayrıca kahvaltısı açık büfe diyor fakat 13 çeşit ve sıcak olan tek şey patates kızartması ve haşlanmış yumurta.bu seferki gidişimizde tuvalet de akıntı kokuyordu. keşke böyle olmasaydı

otelde 3 gün konakladım. İlk gün odam temizlenmedi. 2.gün odada "make the room" diye bir düğme gördüm. ona bastım. Yine de temizlik yapılmadı. çıkarken resepsiyona ilgili şikayetimi dile getirdim. Oda temizliğini özel olarak talep etmek gerektiğini belirtti. check in sırasında bu tip bilgilendirme yapılmamıştı oysaki. Bunun dışında kahvaltı da vasattı.

J'ai réservé deux chambres. Nous avons arriver tard la nuit vers 23h. Malgré la confirmation par Expedia, ils nous ont dit qu'ils ont oublié de signaler que le l'hôtel était complet à Expedia. C'était très difficile de trouver à la fin 2 chambres communicantes. J'ai constaté que certains otel donnent les chambres réserver à Expedia notamment la nuit alors faites attention si vous arrivez tard.

Havalimanına çok yakın gayet temiz, düzgün bir otel. Fiyat kalite performansı açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvalti dahil konsept fakat kahvaltısını deneme fırsatım olmadi. Benim için tek negatif yönü aracınızin anahtarini resepsiyonda bırakmak zorunda olmanız.

الفندق حديث وبرج عالي مميز ويقع في منطقة شيشلي الراقية وتحت الفندق كل شيء من أسواق وخدمات ، الفندق واضح من بعيد ، والغرفة واسعة ، يوجد خارج الفندق أشخاص يطلبون النقود ويضايقون السياح وهذا مزعج
