The property itself is pristine, maintaining flawless cleanliness and refined standards throughout. The spa and swimming pool offer an extraordinary wellness perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. For evening relaxation, the cigar lounge and bar provide an incredible atmosphere, complete with an outstanding selection of expertly crafted drinks. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. An incredible stay from start to finish. Kempinski Palace Engelberg sets a gold standard for luxury service."

"The photos do not do this place justice. The view we had from our room, overlooking the mountains in front of us, the cable car going through the morning and into the night, sitting on the private balcony. The meal we had in the restaurant, again overlooking the stunning vista, great beer and service . You could park down in the garage under the hotel. The roads leading to it, stunning, picturesque. Absolutely loved it."

"Very nice location. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. You need to download an app to manage everything through there, check in, check out and open doors. There is no a/c nor fan so you depends on weather for ventilation. We enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 toddlers)."

"This property is excellent in every aspect. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and booked the largest room, which is called te backpacker. It came with 4 bunker beds. That's the only part I did not like because I wanted at least one queen or king bed, but that was ok. There were other options to book that came with that setting but the rooms were smaller. Our room had 2 bath 2 showers, 2 of everything lol. It had the best views of the Alps. The bus stopped right outside plus the train which we never used as we had a car. The common kitchen was extremely useful as we cooked our own meals and saved a lot. The town is super quiet and beautiful and very close to some local attractions. The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in and out process were also very smooth and easy. There's limited parking on site, so for the last night when the hotel got busy we had to part at the train and pay 8 franks for 24 hours. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back with my family again."
