"Brand new hotel that is not very good. It’s dark. Rooms small and it had no amenities. It’s down an alley and it’s sketchy at night even though in a decent part of the city. The rooms have no desk so it’s horrible for a business trip "

"Hotel was nice and the shops were close. As we were staying the 2 nights we asked for more milk and tea bags as there was not enough milk supplied for one night and we only wanted normal tea and not flavoured. Yes this was supplied on request but we were also charged another £7. "

"The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a one-night business stay and nicely presented. It had all the amenities needed, with a very comfortable mattress, good pillows, and quality bed linen. The bathroom was compact but featured a powerful rain shower, which was excellent. I also appreciated the good-sized slim smart TV. As is often the case in hotels, the air conditioning and heating unit was a bit noisy, so I ended up switching it off during the night. The location is perfect, right in central Belfast, next to the shopping mall, making it very convenient. The staff were lovely and friendly, with the warm and welcoming attitude you would expect from Irish hospitality."

"5 min walk from bus/train station so easy to get to from airport just single bus journey. Middle of city so close to food + shops and only short walk to museums etc. Staff extremely attentive + helpful room immaculate breakfast catered for all tastes + diets. "

"Perfectly located hotel! You can walk pretty much everywhere. Great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and the main tourist attractions are all within a 15-minute walk. Plus, the hotel staff is super helpful. Just be aware that if you select the twin bed rooms, the twin bed size in Europe is very small; at 5' 8", this bed was not big enough."
