"What a wonderful experience! The location was perfect -- so close to everything: downtown, mountain trails, grocery stores, and great food. I truly felt like part of Brevard during my stay. Monica was amazing -- so communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made me feel completely at ease. I knew I was in great hands the entire time. To top it all off, I had an unforgettable birthday in the mountains. Highly recommend! :)"

"The property was immaculately clean inside. We felt very comfortable there.Sorry but “Mountain cottage” description is not accurate. It’s in town a few blocks from Main Street. I would have liked a reclining chair. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. We had a white squirrel visiting us every day too.Brevard is a nice little town with friendly people and shops that were geared to tourists. They really have the best of small town vibe going on. The park is really great also with camping, hiking, waterfalls."

"This is our 4th (maybe 5th) time staying at what my kids call "The round house". The location, cleanliness and personality of this home can not be beat in Brevard. Whenever we stay here (either for the Banff Music Fest in the spring or Mountain Song in the fall) we make sure to walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Whether we are venturing to the toy store mid day or wandering to dinner after dark, we have always felt safe in the neighborhood. The house has consistently been clean upon arrival and the home owner is very reachable with any questions we might have. I highly recommend this home any day of the year except for the Banff festival and Mountain Song because I'll be staying there!"
