Only negative home is located on Main Street so traffic noise throughout day. Noise does not extend thruout night so able to sleep well. People accustomed to city noises( small cities) will probably barely notice. Would stay again."

"We made an epic motorcycle journey from Brevard County Florida to the city of Brevard North Carolina and needed the perfect house to stay in. Mid-Century Magic was it. The motorcycle was protected under the overhang and the paved driveway made maneuvering a breeze. Since the house is close to town, we could walk in and out easily. But even though it was in a populated area, the trees behind the house gave us a lot of privacy and it was very peaceful. Here are my favorite things about the house: Kitchen: Plenty of everything and thanks to people who leave salt, pepper, etc. Living room: The view, the balcony. The big screen TV is nice though we couldn’t figure out how to get all the channels but maybe they’re not all available. I logged into Netflix and we were fine. The remotes are easy to operate. Bathrooms: Both are large and functional and lots of storage space in the one for all my girly stuff Bedrooms: Comfy beads, heavy light-blocking curtains, lots of pillows including very flat ones, my favorite. Plenty of clothes storage areas and hangers. Yes! Enough hangers! There were plenty of towels and linens, the house was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Our host Luanne answered all our questions and provided an excellent guest info book and guest info PDF for us before our arrival date. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Shack. The rental was clean, the kitchen and bath well-stocked, and the location (just a few short blocks off Main) was exceptional. Much of our at home time was spent in the fenced in back yard with our pet, being entertained by Brevard's famous white squirrels ( three at once!). Thank you for a lovely vacation."
