Experience the best of Northern Michigan’s Cherry Country, with easy access to the Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau Peninsula wine trails. Fall is an especially beautiful time to visit, with harvest and crush season typically running from September through October.

Take a scenic drive along M-37 and M-22 to enjoy spectacular fall colors, or plan your visit around the Grand Traverse Balloon Festival, held in early September. From vineyards and seasonal events to breathtaking autumn scenery, there’s plenty to explore throughout the region.

There is 1 designated parking space on the premises (#450)

Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside of the condo will result in a surcharge.

As pet owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs).
- There is a fenced in dog run next to the parking lot. You can see it from your condo window.
- Please keep your well-behaved dog on a 6-foot leash.
- If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them.
- Please do your best to not allow your dog up on the couches unless you place a towel or sheet over it.
- Always clean up after them on the outside property.
- Please do not bring the dog(s) on the rooftop (insurance requirement)


This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($43) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$3/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
