FIRST Apartment: is a single room studio apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. It has lovely windows and high - end finishes have been used providing a comfortable space. The kitchenette has a microwave, and coffee maker. It does not have a stove. It has a comfortable queen sized bed and quality linens and towels.
SECOND Apartment: is located on the ground floor of the same delightful old building that is updated with modern conveniences. If you love historical buildings, you will be delighted! This apartment has a brand new bathroom, all new floorings and furnishings, and is decorated in a Shabby Chic manner that offers relaxation and gives a lot of space. It includes two flatscreen TVs, cable, wifi, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, ( no stove) are all included. The daybed in the kitchen makes a very nice twin bed. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a faux fireplace!
This booking is for both ground floor apartments, with separate entrances. Great for large groups or extended family!
Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.
