"We did not have our towels changed we had to take our dirty ones down to the desk to retrieve towels ourself the bed was squeaky and hard and it looked like a blow up bed on stilts. I I would never go there again"

"The description needs to say Limited All Inclusive. The food was bad, the hot stuff was not hot and dried out. The salad bar was probably to best food item. The advertisement is very misleading. A lot of the amenities were not available and I way over paid for this trip. They should charge full price until they have everything ready that’s under construction."

"The home is just as presented in photos and descriptions. Really great place for larger groups, we had 5 adults with room to spare. One bedroom is updated to regular bed instead of sofa bed which was a good thing because nobody wants to sleep on a sofa bed! Communication with Carrington was fantastic, he even made an appointment to stop by and meet us and answered further questions regarding hot tub, etc. The kitchen is outfitted with any and every appliance ever needed. Would definitely be back if we have another opportunity to travel to Port Saint Lucie. "

"I did not stay one night at this location, I left as soon as I saw there was a door leading into the main house with no way to lock for the guest to feel safe. I was traveling alone and had no way to lock the door leading into the main house, did not feel safe at all. Also, the overwhelming smell from the air freshener brought on an allergy attack and I spent the night at the ER getting treatment to breath, what smell where they trying to coverup with two freebres air freshner in less than 400sq. The host does not speak English, and the TV is only in Spanish. Going forward you should be more considerate of all people staying that do not speak Spanish, and not use the double air freshner."

"We rented this home for a family vacation with our large extended family. The floor plan is great for large gatherings and having everyone together and included. The rental is newer so they are still working on fine tuning but most needs were met or addressed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to navigate. The pool and pool area were nice to have. Finding lights was a bit tricky but we found some eventually. Overall we would rent this home again."
