"Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom needs updating- no toilet roll holder. Plenty of sockets as well as USB ports. The building is 2 floors with no lift. Plenty of parking. Great location to get to Bridlington. We ate at the pub 4 times. 2 breakfasts which you had a decent choice although the orange juice was was quite watery. 2 evening meals which were nice but they were running out of items quite early and for a bank holiday it seemed that they hadn’t prepared for the amount of people. Staff were friendly."

"We had a great time at Flat 5 Donnybrook apartments over the Easter weekend. The flat was spacious, comfortable and well equpped. The kitcen area was good for preparing our meals, and the breakfast bar a good place to eat and enjoy the sea view!The bedroom was also good on space,with both wardrobe and drawer pack for our clothes. The toilet/shower could be accessed though the bedroom and lounge,which wss quite useful.Heating is storage radiators, which soon warmed up the rooms when needed. There was plenty of hot water for showers and pot washing.Parking on street is free for the duration of the stay.The owner was quick to respond to any queries we made, and was always helpful.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back in the future."

"We booked this as it was close to a wedding venue in the centre of town. When we arrived we asked about where we could park for the weekend- response was a but grumpy and not very helpful as we were advised to park a distance away when my husband struggles with his mobility. Karaoke was in full swing when we arrived and unfortunately our room was directly above this and went on til 11 pm as it did the following night so if you want an early night you’ve got no chance if you have room 5. Room was small with very small shower - banged my elbow getting out. However everywhere was really clean as were the bar areas and for what we paid per night (it was Easter weekend as well) it was good value. It was ok for a 2 night stay - if you like karaoke. "

"I would 100% recommend staying here! It's such a lovely place, very clean, and super close to everything. The host is incredibly welcoming and helpful; anything you need, she's right there to assist. Really made the stay perfect!"

"A very nice holiday home with all the facilities needed. Especially appreciated WiFi and the Smart TV plus the wine and Tiffin treats Easy access to local shops and the seafront. The only disappointment was being unable to use the oven because it hadn't been cleaned. However the microwave sufficed. All in all an enjoyable break."

"Great communication from the host, easy to get into the property, we were lucky to get a parking space round the corner, popped to tesco & got a space over the road, permit was from 12 until 12 the next day but she extended it for us! "I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even after asking a second time. We had to contact Hotels several time to get the refund being processed. So far we still have received it. "
