"Johanna at check in was amazing. There was an issue with the booking to begin with, but her professionalism was wonderful and she sorted the matter within minutes. She arranged for us to have a late check out on the Sunday. We had breakfast on the Sunday morning and the choice was excellent. Lovely hotel. Excellent Concierge, all round would highly recommend. "Perfect hotel location for half marathon. Hotel clean and accommodating. Shame bar not always open as had to leave hotel for drinks/coffee. A bottle of perfume that arrived full disappeared to half empty which we felt very strange and we left this feedback with the hotel on departure. "
