  • Renovated house, well equipped, fiber-optic WIFI, located 3 kms from the beaches of Treveneuc, St Quay, Plouha, binic, ideal for a quiet family holiday.110 square meters.
    Located in a cul-de-sac, the house comprises:
    Large landscaped garden with garden furniture and sun loungers (two), barbecue, bicycles (two) and vegetable garden (strawberries, raspberries, in season) available.

    GROUND FLOOR:

    Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, nespresso, microwave, hob, dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner...

    On the first floor:
    Shower room with toilet.
    Equipped kitchen.
    Living room with two sofas, television, DVD player, DVD available, radio, wood stove with wood provided in cool weather.

    The house is perfectly located to discover the Goëlo coast and Pink Granite, here is a selection of our favorite activities near the house and that we recommend to our guests:

    • The beaches of TREVENEUC PLOUHA ST QUAY BINIC are a few kms from the house. Some are lively such as the palus or those of binic and stables or wilder as in PLOUHA; the Bonaparte Beach, a high place of the Resistance or the beach of Gwin Zégal with its unusual port.

    • For fishing enthusiasts it is possible to embark in ST QUAY for a sea fishing trip, otherwise beaches, mackerel or bass fishing (regulated) from the coast or beaches

    • For hiking enthusiasts, the Sentier des Douaniers (GR 34) awaits you and will take you to Paimpol for the bravest and shorter circuits are also more accessible

    • Visit of the island of Brehat: A few minutes from the house, at the port of St-Quay, we advise you to take the Bréhat speedboats to discover the archipelago of BREHAT, through the maze of paths that you will crisscross on foot, by bike or by little train or to leave from PAIMPOL 20 minutes away by car, for a faster but cheaper crossing.


    • If you are a fan of horseback riding, the palus equestrian centre organises walks, especially on the beach.


    • For GOLF lovers, the 18-hole gold gorse golf course is five minutes from the house.

    • For lovers of old stones, the two monuments classified as "historical monuments" near the house and unmissable are the Abbey of Beauport and the chapel of Kermaria an iskuit

    • Of course you can also drive between 30 and 60 minutes and find yourself in beautiful towns of character such as Paimpol, Tréguier, Pontrieux or even Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan...

Wonderful, peaceful, idyllic getaway

Apart from a miscommunication about arrival times everything else with the property was great. Didier was an excellent host and was very accommodating to our needs. The house had everything we needed and the garden is so tranquil.

Belle maison avec grand jardin, dans un environnement tres calme

Tres belle et grande maison où avons passé 2 agréables semaines. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par didier et son épouse, qui nous a présenté cette “authentique” maison et ses dépendances. La région est très belle et nous étions idéalement placés pour visiter tant vers l’Est Saint Malo, Cancale que le nord et Ouest : ile de Brehat, Perros Guirrec, Paimpol. Et plus près de nombreuses marches le long de la côte.

Gîte agréable et bien situé

Accueil très sympathique. Merci pour la bière fraîche à l'arrivée :) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gîte est bien équipé et très lumineux. Le jardin est très grand et magnifique, avec différents coins détente... La situation géographique nous a permis de visiter la région sans trop de temps sur la route. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre confiance concernant l'accueil de notre chien ainsi que votre souplesse pour le règlement. Kénavo !
