Ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima. E’ una dimora storica con tutti i comfort più moderni. Un po’ faticoso l’arrivo con le valigie, avendo dovuto lasciare l’auto fuori dalla ZTL. Ma per il resto, consigliatissimo

Ritorno al passato

Ritorno al passato, sia perché c' eravamo già stati una quindicina di anni fa, e sia perché l'hotel è situato in un antico palazzo signorile. Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato in un palazzo attiguo, anch'esso datato, dependance dell'hotel. Camera molto ampia con un letto King size confortevole, Bagno leggermente piccolo con una micro doccia, fornita comunque di idromassaggio. Decisamente piacevole cenare sulla piazzetta ad uso esclusivo dell'hotel. Piatti decisamente non banali e cucinati con molta delicatezza. Ottimo Sagrantino.Prezzi ancora una volta molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e puntuale, anche se l'hotel era pieno.

Buona accoglienza con posto auto riservato in Garage, ma camera "superior" piccola con servizi essenziali. Cassaforte bloccata ( mai riparata ). Buona la cena con qualità e servizio adeguato. Notte poco confortevole per caldo eccessivo senza previsione di regolazione e rumorosa per attività del personale fin dalle prime ore del mattino; segue impossibilità di accesso alla colazione dieci minuti prima dalla fine dell'orario previsto (ore 9,50); segue servizio nella sala bar dopo attesa di preparazione di più di mezz'ora . La mattina seguente, guasto idraulico con mancata fornitura di acqua calda fino alla tarda mattinata. Assistenza direzionale pressochè assente. Alla conclusione del soggiorno, riconosciuto l'errore di attribuzione della camera, viene praticato uno sconto corrispondente alla cena della prima sera del 13%

Excellent location in downtown Trevi. The only drawback is parking space, as we had to park a few blocks away.

Chambre supérieure non conforme. Petite et vielliotte. Salle de bain si exiguë qu'il faut se baisser la tête pour prendre une douche. Petit dejeuner au sous-sol sans fenêtre. Personnel non professionnel et très dilettante.

Ottimo albergo, posizione centralissima. Dalla camera potevo vedere il Duomo. Alla reception il ragazzo è stato molto disponibile e premuroso. L'albergo è pulitissimo, la camera era spaziosissima e con i soffitti molto alti. Ottima la connessione WIFI che è gratuita in tutte le camere (su Hotels.com questo non era segnalato). Ottima la colazione. Tutte le obiezioni/lati negativi che avevo letto nei commenti sono risultati assolutamente infondati. Il parcheggio è comodissimo (5 minuti a piedi) e si può pagare a fine soggiorno direttamente in hotel). L'auto va parcheggiata nei posti riservati all'hotel

Stille og rolig

Vi ble først tilbudt et mørkt rom uten utsikt som skulle være superior rom. Fikk byttet mot et vederlag på 15 Euro mer pr natt. Det var ikke internasjonale kanaler på TV, mørkt i gangene samt en del mindre ting som burde vært på plass. Trevi lå fint til for utflukter og byen hadde en nydelig restaurant et stykke fra hotellet.

Lovely building and location in quiet piazza

We had two large light rooms and bathroom with bath. Views over the countryside were lovely. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Staff very accommodating. Trevi is a charming small hilltop village.
