"I had a group stay here at the Hartford Hotel and it was a great experience - perfect balance of what we needed for our group (one couple and two friends, so everyone got their own bed with the dual-room suite, with two bathrooms), and staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was ready a little early and so they were kind enough to allow us to check in and settle in a bit ahead of time. Beds were clean and comfortable, and amenities inside the rooms were great (mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, complimentary coffee/tea packets, etc.). We love a good hotel breakfast to start our day, and while we were there, they had a good selection so that everyone was happy: scrambled eggs, sausages, tater tots, bread, yogurt, coffee, juice, and a waffle maker. You do get what you pay for, and while the property does look a little aged, it's well-kept and the value of what we paid for was excellent when split among our party."

"Room is very new and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast served daily with coffee, juices, danishes, toasts, instant cup noodles and fruits. "

"Very clean rooms, carpet in hallway is impressively clean. Does not show any signs of aging even it’s a 25-30 years hotel. Room size is spacious. Just wish the front counter staff could be a bit friendlier."

"this is renovated motel. The bedroom is clean enough under this price. You do get free parking lot. Just do not expect any extra service here. No breakfast, very basic coffee in the morning. Everything which you need is on your own. Over all, I was happy to stay there for 2 days."

"There were roaches, bed bugs, and urine stains on the bed. I could go into more detail about uncleanliness but this is sufficient. We took detailed photos and left immediately. The hotel manager denied responsibility and refused to refund us. Worst hotel and grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Be warned of bug infestation. "

"This certainly is not your grandparents Holiday Inn. The place was impressive. The lobby was big and even places to sit. The rooms were large. The furnishings were standard, bed comfortable. The lighting in the room was better than most. There were a number of charging ports, the old rectangular ones, and outlets by the bed There were problems with maintenance. A visible repair in the the ceiling over the toilet had started to leak again., Lets not think about the where that water came from. We were given a different room and an upgrade. The clerk at the desk was very helpful We had a roll in shower, it flooded the bathroom due to poor design and inadequate curtain. When showering bring your glasses because the print on the soap etc. bottles in the shower is small. One of the doors to the parking lot was not secured at all. I guess the keycard pad didn't work. We went in for breakfast at 9AM, not included, made to order eggs. By 9:50 we still hadn't received our eggs. The waiter said there would be a wait but at 9:50 he said something about the manager filling in and had no idea when we would get out food. We walked out"
