From the lady at the front desk letting us know where and what things to do around the area while promoting local at the same time, to the lady at breakfast taking our plates, to making balloon swords for kids! What a lovely touch! Keep up the awesome service team! "

"We paid in full in March and arrived the day of check in to find out it was double booked. The owner we talked to said that he didn’t know anything about our booking. So not sure if this falls on Expedia or the property, but messed our vacation right up. We were planning to do Drumheller the next day before continuing south. There was no hotel in Three Hills or Drumheller for our family so we had to drive to Calgary. Our kids were very disappointed we didn’t get to go to Drumheller. Very frustrating! Either Expedia needs to figure things out better or this owner needs to keep track of his booking system better. I am also still out of my money!"
