Toilet ran all night. Bed was comfortable. Went for supper in Chinese restaurant attached! Food okay but not enough staff to help one waiter he had about 30 customers one of 6 left because they still didn’t have food after waiting 1 1/2 hours!

The staff was really sweet, but this property is quite dilapidated and neglected. I can say that one positive is that there were no bedbugs--I fully expected them. And it was quiet. A very cheap room that you could book in an extreme emergency.

I chose this hotel because it advertised as family friendly, said there was an arcade, and that there was a rollaway bed available for $10, microwave in the room, pool tables in the bar. There was no microwave in the room, no rollaway bed available, the “arcade” was gambling machines, the pool tables were no longer there. The fridge in the room was leaking all over the floor. The balcony felt like it was going to fall out from under my feet. We needed a couple of plates for the room for food, they denied this even though there is an attached restaurant in the hotel. The front staff was accommodating by giving us a room with two beds, to make up for no rollaway bed. The bartender was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The bar was cool and vintage. The room was clean, just needs updating. I do not appreciate the false advertisement of this place. If it did not have the amenities that were listed, I would not have stayed here. The front staff were somewhat friendly, but didn’t seem to care that we did not have the amenities that were shown. I would not recommend staying at this establishment.

We were greeted with a smile upon arrival. Receptionist was forthcoming and helpful. Just remember it's a Motel. We were in room 24 on ground level. The pictures on the website were not what this room was like. I'm sure it will be renovated soon. Price didn't reflect what it was worth.

Staff weren't there when we checked out. No one answered the phone when we called for assistance. It's a good thing we didn't forget anything in the lobby because the front door locked behind us when we left the building. A fire alarm woke us up at 3 am. False alarm, but it ruined our sleep for the night. Basic room with everything you'll need to crash for the night. Charged us $100 deposit. Motel smells kinda weird.

Do not recommend this place. Dirty can not speak English and when you check out no there to refund your deposit you have to call back to get it. Still waiting been 2 days. Fire alarm went off at 343am someone was taking a shower. People yelling all night.

Great spot to crash, fantastic, courteous and sympathetic staff, always there to help when needed. Clean rooms, many stores around such as convenience stores, Uniprix, Jean Coutu, Métro, Dollarstore and a Small mall. Very close to the sanctuary in case you are looking for Jesus and fairly priced.
