City Hotel...with a good restaurant

City Hotel....with a very good restaurant. But rooms are small, bed is not the best. Pillows small and you sink right through. Nothing is free here...pay for coffe and parking.

The room was large enough. However, it was unfortunately not possible to sleep with the window open, as there was constant noise from the compressors (the room had a view of the roof and the compressors). The breakfast was really very good and varied.

Property was fine but staff not warm and welcoming at all. We stayed a week and breakfast staff said “Hi” once. Never even checked we were guests. Beds very soft but shower was good. TV limited options for international traveler.

Not worth the price

Normally best western hotels are good for price /performance value, but this one was terrible.. there is not enough air conditioning in the room( i felt cold) bed was not comfortable and bathroom was a disaster. very tiny sink and curtain shower was not nice experience.

It was quite disappointing because no one told us that there is no reception during the night. We had trouble with our flight and we arrived very late. The restaurant next door was about to close and we decided to ask. The restaurant staff gave us the key. Nobody came to clean our room in the entire 3 nights of stay. People come and go in the rooms next door during the night and you an hear the doors. We can hear cars early morning from the back that can disturb during the our sleep.

Ett hotell i centrum där man får en hel del liv utanför fönstret såklart, svårt att sova men nära till allt runt om Tyvärr är sängarna som hängmattor så om du sover på rygg, inga problem men om en vill sova på sida eller mage, nej tack

Grei turistklasse hotell sentralt i Trollhettan.

Var 2 netter. Sentral beliggenhet. Turistklasse hotel. Kveldsmat var inkludert og maten var god. Buffet med en rett med masse tilbehør. Laks i hvitvinssaus ene kvelden og kalvekarbonader i brun saus den neste. Grei frokost. Renhold av rom måtte bestilles på forhånd. Dette var ikke opplyst ved innsjekking slik at rommet ble ikke rengjort under oppholdet. En stor minus. Hyggelig betjening ellers.Hadde med bil og det var grei parkering i parkeringshus over gaten til rimelig pris.

Trevligt hotell med centralt läge

Vi bodde en natt på väg till västkusten. Centralt läge , enkelt att hitta med bil. Valde ett stort rum som passade oss bra. Mycket bekväma sängar, utmärkta för oss. Rum mot gatan vilket innebär ljud från trafik mm. när fönstret är öppet.Trevliga restauranger inom gångavstånd. Kaffe/te finns att ta i lobbyn. Vattenkokare på rummet.

Rent og sødt personale, men meget støj.

Vi boede på 1ste sal mod gården og lige under var en kølemaskine, der brummede konstant. Dårlig lydisolering af afløb fra nabo værelser. Vi havde derfor svært svært ved at sove. Personalet er imødekommende og hjælpsomme.
