Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. Electric car charging point. No smoking. Please note: There is a step to the courtyard.. This cosy ground floor apartment is located only a short distance from the centre, promenade and sandy beach of the seaside town of Troon, and is ideally located to explore the beauty of south west Scotland. Troon has a wide range of amenities including shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities and a yacht marina, and is home to the world famous Royal Troon Golf Course.



Located on the Ayrshire Coastal Path, Troon is the perfect base from which to explore the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. Ferries also close by to Dunoon, giving access to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The cosmopolitan city of Glasgow is only 40 minutes away and Edinburgh only 45 minutes beyond, with rail links to both. Beach 400 yards. Shops and restaurants ¾ mile, pubs ½ mile.
