"Great location, very boutique style hotel. The lighting in the room needs to be improved dramatically. It was dim and difficult to read a book. Minor issue, but the coffee cups provided were old and had significant stains, a real put off if using them for coffee or tea. The doors in lobby made significant noise that carried up through the second floor. Perhaps look at a way to dampen that."

"Great location in Bristol. Friendly staff, good size room, very clean and good strength shower too! Stayed for the weekend, and it was very quiet at night, couldn't hear any noise from the outside. Would highly recommend if you're staying in Bristol"

"Great location for theatre, eating out and museums. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not large and there was a wait for breakfast, however great choice and quality."
